Terms of service

The service

BashVision lets you spend credits to generate ads, shorts, captions, images, and video. Features and model availability can change. Contact: [email protected].

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for that Google account. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, or credit farming.

Credits

• New accounts receive a welcome credit balance.
• Tool costs are listed in the product UI and on Pricing.
• Pay-as-you-go credits stay in your wallet until you use them.
• Subscription credits refresh on the billing cycle described at checkout and on Pricing.
• Credits already spent on a completed or started job are not refunded.
• Failed jobs that never produced an output should be refunded automatically. If they are not, email support.

Payments

Plans and credit packs are sold through Lemon Squeezy. Their checkout terms apply to the purchase. Taxes and currency conversion are handled there.

Your content

You keep rights in the prompts and files you upload, to the extent you had them. You grant us a license to process that material so we can run the job. Outputs are delivered to you for your use, subject to the model provider’s terms. You are responsible for whether a generation is legal to publish, including likeness, trademark, and copyright.

Acceptable use

Do not use BashVision for illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, or to violate another person’s rights. We can refuse a job or close an account that breaks this.

No warranty

Generations can fail, look wrong, or differ from the preview. The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost files, or content you publish.

Changes

We may change these terms, prices, or the product. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the site and email us to close the account.
